LaSalle Network is collaborating with a rapidly expanding AI and technology company to recruit a skilled Recruiter for positions in San Francisco, CA, and New York City, NY. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a pioneering organization in artificial intelligence, directly collaborating with business leaders to attract elite professionals and establish a robust recruitment framework to support rapid company growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments, prioritizing operations roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, General Managers, and executives to design and implement recruiting plans.
• Identify, engage, and secure top-tier candidates within a competitive talent market.
• Simultaneously handle several open positions in a dynamic and fast-growing setting.
• Enhance hiring workflows and contribute to developing scalable recruitment systems.
• Monitor recruitment data and apply insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience while keeping the recruitment pace steady.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback, manage offers, and facilitate candidate closures.
• Serve as a strategic partner and advisor on talent acquisition to company leadership across departments.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Preference for candidates with experience in startup environments.
• Proven background recruiting for organizations centered on technology.
• Capability to handle high hiring volumes without compromising quality standards.
• Experience collaborating directly with senior management and recruiters.
• Strong abilities in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Self-motivated individual who performs well in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Direct Hire (contract)
• Annual Salary Range: 120,000 to 180,000 USD, based on experience.
• Work Location: Fully onsite in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
