Role Overview
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in expanding Pinch's provider network by managing daily recruitment activities during a team member’s leave. Responsibilities include outreach, follow-ups, screening, scheduling, and maintaining organization throughout the recruitment process. This part-time contract opportunity (approximately 20 hours per week) has the potential to extend as the company grows into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and contact potential Pinch Providers via platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, clinical networks, and job boards.
- Maintain timely follow-ups at each recruitment stage to ensure candidates stay engaged and informed.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, licensure, interest, and availability, then provide clear summaries for the team.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, send confirmations, reminders, and keep calendars organized.
- Ensure applicant tracking system (ATS) data is up-to-date, including candidate status, notes, and next steps.
- Manage recruiting administrative tasks comprehensively, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency where possible.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in recruiting licensed healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or registered nurses, with understanding of credentials and licensing requirements.
- Highly detail-oriented and methodical to prevent any oversight, ensuring accurate records and punctual communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, combining warmth and professionalism in communication both written and verbal, fostering a respectful candidate experience.
- Proficient using modern applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable).
- Comfortable employing AI tools for tasks such as drafting outreach messages and summarizing screening calls, eager to expand these capabilities.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, able to manage responsibilities effectively in a remote, part-time work environment.
- Additional advantages include familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and scheduling software.
Employment Details
- Contract role as an independent contractor (1099).
- Flexible schedule with approximately 20 hours per week initially.
