About the Role

Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking motivated and performance-driven individuals for the role of Associate Financial Service Manager (AFSM) in its Banca channel. The position involves engaging with walk-in customers at bank branches, identifying their financial requirements, and offering life insurance solutions that best meet those needs. Successful candidates will be responsible for converting potential leads into confirmed insurance sales while maintaining strong coordination with the bank's personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage effectively with walk-in customers at bank branches to understand their insurance needs.
• Analyze customers' financial situations and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Close sales by converting leads into confirmed insurance purchases.
• Maintain ongoing coordination and communication with bank staff.
• Meet or exceed company-set sales targets consistently.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to promote future business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have completed graduation.
• Possess minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or BFSI sectors.
• Applicants without prior experience (freshers) are not eligible.
• Age should be between 21 and 33 years.
