Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with expertise in mortgage and loan against property (LAP) loans to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing at least one branch, overseeing loan processes, and leading a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise operations of at least one branch.
- Handle mortgage and LAP loan portfolios with average ticket sizes ranging from 2 to 10 lakh INR.
- Ensure return on investment (ROI) remains between 20% and 26%, with a minimum threshold of 20%.
- Utilize strong knowledge and understanding of property-related documentation to support loan processing.
- Lead and manage team members to achieve set targets and maintain branch performance.
- Maintain stability in employment history, demonstrating dedication and commitment to the role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mortgage and micro LAP lending.
- In-depth understanding of property documents related to lending processes.
- Experience in handling branch operations and team leadership.
- Demonstrates career stability and is not a frequent job changer.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 24,000.
