About the Role

Join a rapidly growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company transforming how research and development professionals connect with expert knowledge. This fully remote, US-based Research Associate position offers a critical role in managing the entire expert engagement lifecycle—from initial outreach and evaluation to onboarding and client introductions—while working closely with internal teams and external specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee expert outreach efforts: create project briefs, compose and send outreach via email and professional networks, and engage experts through phone calls with professionalism and care.
Conduct and manage expert assessment meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups to ensure expert credentials meet client expectations.
Handle all aspects of expert onboarding, such as profile creation and contract management.
Provide comprehensive background information on vetted experts to support client selection decisions.
Maintain up-to-date project tracking dashboards covering pipeline stages and outreach progress.
Assist with research-backed reports and client communications under guidance from senior staff.
Present live demonstrations of the company's platform to both experts and clients, serving as a knowledgeable and trusted liaison.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

Near completion or recent attainment of a Master's degree in life sciences, physical sciences, or a related technical discipline.
Comfortable and confident public speaker capable of dynamically representing the platform to diverse stakeholders ranging from academics to corporate clients.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for clearly explaining complex scientific concepts.
Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
