Restaurant Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to aid the Restaurant Manager in leading a vibrant team and expanding the FISHBOWL brand. In this role, you will supervise restaurant team members, called "Mixers," to consistently deliver exceptional food and customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure outstanding customer service and quality meals.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to foster growth and excellence within the team.
• Enforce company culture and people standards by serving as a role model.
• Oversee routine checklists and training processes to maintain operational standards.
• Uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation consistently.

Recruitment Process

• Initial 20-minute pre-screening call with recruitment staff.
• Paid on-site trial shift with a restaurant leader lasting 2+ hours.
• Final 30-minute interview to discuss trial experience and the role.
