Role Overview
This position serves as the key accounting support contact for branches and is responsible for end-to-end assistance across the accounting service lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main accounting support partner for branch teams.
- Provide complete assistance across the full accounting lifecycle.
- Address aged and high-value escalations quickly to help limit financial exposure.
- Work with functional teams to find ways to improve first-pass accuracy.
- Reduce branch dependence for accounting exceptions by promoting self-service options.
- Partner with finance and accounting teams, along with SSMs, to implement solutions.
- Handle queries efficiently and keep rework at the service center to a minimum.
- Work with branches and accounting teams to spot and support high-risk areas.
- Build strong working relationships with branch and accounting stakeholders to improve the overall customer experience.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in the finance and accounting domain.
- Strong understanding of the full insurance life cycle.
- Experience with the EPIC agency management system.
- Prior involvement in transition and onboarding activities for services.
- Onshore travel exposure is preferred.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Com degree in any specialization.
Compensation
The stated salary range is INR 5,00,000 to 8,00,000 per year.
