Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our core Platform Team based in Austin, Texas. This role is pivotal to enhancing the AI models that power FutureSecure.ai's intelligent systems. The position involves working closely with engineers and scientists to apply advanced machine learning, data mining, and statistical techniques for developing, deploying, and refining our platform's human-AI interaction capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve machine learning models focused on user intent recognition, workflow prediction, and enhancing human-AI cooperation by investigating new algorithms and data types.
• Mine and preprocess extensive interaction datasets to uncover patterns and engineer impactful features that reflect human interaction with AI systems.
• Partner with engineering teams to implement machine learning models in production and monitor their effectiveness for continuous optimization.
• Keep current with advances in machine learning, data science, and human-computer interaction to integrate innovations into platform technology.
• Design and execute A/B testing experiments to assess new model features and maximize user experience quality.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across engineering, UX, and product teams.
• Contribute technical expertise to the platform's architectural decisions ensuring model scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze interaction data proactively to anticipate user needs and deliver actionable intelligence.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as an Applied Scientist, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent discipline.
• Proficient in machine learning algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning methodologies.
• Experience programming in Python and using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Skilled in data mining, cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in related fields like Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Additional Information
