Role Summary

The Senior Executive for Facilities is charged with overseeing daily facility operations to guarantee a 99.9% uptime across multiple locations. This role demands prompt resolution of facility-related issues, establishing and executing robust procedures, managing vendor relationships with a focus on uninterrupted services, and ensuring cost-effective operations by adhering to budgets and introducing savings measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Facilities operations across all Cult, FF, and other formats to support seamless activities with a 99.9% uptime target.
• Ensure prompt resolution and closure of facility-related tickets raised by center operations, audits, quality teams, or via ticketing tools, encompassing center launches, facility services, and other operational needs.
• Implement and enforce systems and procedures to maintain continuous facilities support according to predefined budgets.
• Execute all support services within budgetary limits, striving for annual savings by comparing actual expenses against budgets and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
• Handle vendor management collaboratively with designated points of contact, ensuring 100% uptime and developing backup vendors capable of managing emergency scenarios. Evaluate and onboard vendors for routine maintenance tasks across centers.
• Safeguard assets by conducting tests on equipment and machinery to ensure business continuity, leveraging AMC services and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead planning and execution of renovation and refresh projects, guaranteeing their timely completion and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections on vendors’ workmanship and materials; identify improvements and communicate their benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and MIS reports related to facilities for different regions, including provisions, preventive maintenance schedules, cost tracking, and budget comparisons.
• Oversee regular preventive maintenance to verify the operational efficiency of all systems, aiming to eliminate downtime.
