Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain equipment effectively.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems utilizing Destructive Testing (DT) techniques and tools.
- Perform scheduled preventive and unplanned breakdown maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot and rectify technical issues.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards applicable to all service operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Practical experience with Destructive Testing (DT) methods is highly desirable.
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving faults effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities with a customer-friendly approach.
