Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure high availability, performance, and security of SharePoint on-premises and/or online platforms.
• Offer expert technical support to users and site administrators, addressing issues with site functionality, permissions, workflows, and content management.
• Configure SharePoint components such as sites, libraries, lists, and permissions tailored to business needs following best practices.
• Analyze current SharePoint governance procedures to recommend and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine SharePoint administrative tasks and generate reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, design, and deploy new SharePoint solutions including sites, workflows, and custom applications.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements within SharePoint environments.
• Engage in projects involving SharePoint upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

Stakeholder Engagement

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in SharePoint administration, configuration, and troubleshooting (both Online and on-premises editions).
• Skilled with complementary tools like SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of SharePoint security models, governance best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization.
• Experienced with SharePoint migration processes and integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams and OneDrive.
• Strong analytical capabilities for diagnosing complex technical issues and excellent communication for documentation and user support.

Educational & Experience Requirements

A Bachelor's degree combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SharePoint administration, support, or development is typically expected. Equivalent education and experience combinations will also be considered.
