Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proficient Site Installation Coordinator to carry out rooftop solar panel installations and maintenance services. The candidate should possess practical experience in solar or electrical installation work and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Duties
- Install rooftop solar power systems, including mounting solar modules, setting up inverters, wiring, and making all necessary electrical connections.
- Ensure that installation work complies fully with the given design, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the Site Supervisor to effectively execute daily installation activities.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and upkeep of solar power equipment.
- Handle tools, materials, and installation equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
- Maintain accurate records including installation logs, checklists, and photographic evidence of site work.
- Assist with service and maintenance tasks when called upon.
- Provide customers with basic guidance on operating their solar power systems post-installation.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably holds an ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in solar system installation or general electrical field tasks.
- Fundamental understanding of rooftop solar systems and electrical wiring procedures.
- Preparedness to travel for field assignments as required by the job.
- Physically capable of performing site installation duties, including working at heights.
- Must possess a personal motorcycle or car to facilitate site travel.
Required Skills
- Practical technical expertise in electrical and solar power system installation.
- Strong focus on safety and compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Competent problem-solving skills to address installation challenges.
- A collaborative team player with effective basic communication abilities.
- Familiarity with the local language is an advantage.
Compensation
The offered monthly remuneration ranges from INR 25000 to INR 30000.
