Role Overview

As a Software Lead, you will guide the development of scalable full-stack enterprise applications, leading architecture design and technical review efforts. Your role includes implementing and customizing authentication systems such as SSO/IAM using Keycloak, building robust microservice architectures, and developing event-driven platforms with technologies like Kafka and RabbitMQ. You will optimize system performance through multithreading, asynchronous processing, and reactive programming, while collaborating with frontend teams working with ReactJS. Integration with AWS cloud services and adherence to DevOps best practices are essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead full-stack architectural design for scalable enterprise solutions.
• Oversee technical design evaluations and offer architectural guidance across multiple teams.
• Implement and customize Single Sign-On and Identity Access Management solutions using Keycloak or equivalent.
• Design and maintain microservices-based systems.
• Develop asynchronous, event-driven systems using SSE, WebSockets, Webhooks, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Enhance application performance employing multithreading, asynchronous processing, and reactive frameworks such as WebFlux.
• Architect and develop modern web applications utilizing ReactJS.
• Integrate AWS cloud services including RDS, S3, EKS, ALB, Lambda, and Amplify.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers using ReactJS.
• Develop backend APIs and services using Java Spring framework and Python Flask where applicable.
• Implement caching and messaging solutions leveraging Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Ensure applications meet high standards of availability, security, and performance.
• Engage in DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Write maintainable, testable, and clearly documented code.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, QA, and DevOps to deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience configuring Keycloak or similar IAM/SSO platforms.
• Strong skills in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with real-time technologies such as Server-Sent Events, WebSockets, and Webhooks.
• Expertise in asynchronous programming, multithreading, and reactive system design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: RDS, S3, EKS, ALB, Lambda, and Amplify.
• Comfortable with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes and familiarity with DevOps workflow.
• Strong command of version control using GIT.
