Overview
The State Admin Manager role involves managing all administrative functions across every branch within Andhra Pradesh, ensuring efficient operation, infrastructure readiness, vendor management, adherence to compliance, and cost efficiency. This position plays a crucial role in fostering business growth by upholding operational standards and governance at the state level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative operations of all state branches including housekeeping, security, utilities, and maintenance.
- Implement preventive maintenance and asset management strategies; supervise vendor performance and service delivery.
- Lead new branch infrastructure development, coordinating civil, electrical, interior design, and branding efforts to ensure timely rollouts.
- Enforce statutory, regulatory, and internal audit compliances through maintenance of registers and preparation of MIS reports.
- Manage relationships with multiple vendors, negotiate service agreements, and collaborate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, Risk, and Procurement.
- Control state administrative budgets, process vendor payments, monitor utility and maintenance expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide leadership and oversight to state-level administrative executives, contract staff, ensuring productivity and smooth operations.
