• Enforce statutory, regulatory, and internal audit compliances through maintenance of registers and preparation of MIS reports.
• Manage relationships with multiple vendors, negotiate service agreements, and collaborate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, Risk, and Procurement.
• Control state administrative budgets, process vendor payments, monitor utility and maintenance expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide leadership and oversight to state-level administrative executives, contract staff, ensuring productivity and smooth operations.
