Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to join the Strategy team at Bauer Media Outdoor. This role offers a chance to engage with significant strategic projects across the UK and Europe, contributing to commercial growth, business development, corporate expansion, and strategic transformation. The position provides interaction with senior leadership across multiple countries and a robust foundation for a strategic career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing Bauer Media Outdoor's strategic objectives.
• Perform market, competitor, and industry analyses across various European markets.
• Construct business cases for new strategic initiatives and investment ventures.
• Create high-quality presentations and materials for Executive Leadership and Board meetings.
• Assess revenue metrics, pricing strategies, yield, and identify commercial prospects.
• Discover growth possibilities through customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive analyses.
• Support projects geared toward enhancing revenue, profitability, and commercial efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and business units to deliver strategic projects.
• Break down complex problems into structured analytical components.
• Track progress of projects and develop recommendations for senior management.
• Analyze extensive datasets to find trends and identify commercial opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and management reports to support decision-making.
• Convert analytical outcomes into actionable business advice.
• Engage with senior leaders across departments including Commercial, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product.
• Establish and maintain relationships across multiple European markets.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations summarizing projects and key findings.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should possess some previous work experience, ideally in analysis or research roles, with an ability to interpret data and a keen interest in commercial strategy.
• Proficiency in compiling PowerPoint presentations, sourcing information across various teams, and facilitating large internal meetings is expected.
• Self-motivation and proactivity are essential, including independently sourcing data from varied origins and communicating insights effectively.

• Annual base salary of £40,000.
