Supervisor – Construction & Interior Fit-Out Projects

Position Summary

We seek an experienced Supervisor to manage construction and interior fit-out projects at our Rasayani and Prabhadevi locations, with readiness to travel between sites as required. The role demands attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure project quality and timelines are met.

Key Duties

• Manage daily operations at construction and interior fit-out sites, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and labor forces to facilitate timely task completion.
• Oversee material consumption, minimize wastage, and track inventory levels on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and legal requirements across all sites.
• Perform routine quality inspections and communicate discrepancies to senior management.
• Maintain meticulous records including daily progress logs, attendance sheets, and all relevant site documentation.
• Coordinate with design and interior teams for executing various interior elements such as flooring, carpentry, painting, false ceilings, electrical, and plumbing installations.
• Travel as needed between Rasayani and Prabhadevi sites and to other locations as required.
• Engage with clients and consultants to address questions and resolve site-specific issues promptly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil construction processes and interior finishing techniques.
• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings along with Bills of Quantities.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage multiple contractors and worker teams effectively.
• Flexibility to travel frequently between project sites.
• Good proficiency in communication languages including English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Preferably holds a diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Age range between 25 and 45 years.

Additional Details

• Working schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, contingent on experience.
• Travel requirement: Must be willing and able to travel between Rasayani and Prabhadevi as well as other sites on a need basis.
