Key duties

• Help the Site Manager with administrative and operational tasks that keep the store running smoothly.
• Back the manager in improving sales performance and reaching targets.
• Encourage the team by setting realistic goals and using clear leadership and communication.
• Make sure the store follows company rules, standards, and procedures at all times.
• Provide excellent service and create a positive experience for customers.
