Supply Chain Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee all regional supply chain functions, encompassing planning, inventory control, logistics, transportation, warehouse management, and analytics. This role is responsible for formulating and implementing supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence, optimize inventory, enhance customer satisfaction, and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional Supply Chain team to meet organizational goals and drive operational success.
• Establish and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, customer service, cost efficiency, and inventory objectives.
• Define department objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics synchronized with company targets.
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving critical issues related to supply chain, inventory, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Enhance team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and professional development.
• Manage demand and supply planning, inventory oversight, and replenishment activities.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure synchronization of forecasts, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, product availability, inventory levels, and service quality.
• Implement measures to reduce excess and obsolete stock while maintaining desired service levels.
• Supervise product lifecycle management including new product launches, engineering changes, and discontinuations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks strategically.
• Drive initiatives to optimize freight costs while maintaining expected customer service standards.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight carriers, and distribution partners ensuring compliance with trade and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain a robust supply chain reporting system to promote transparency, accountability, and performance tracking.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI scorecards using tools like Power BI or Oracle Analytics.
• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present supply chain insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Standardize and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
• Champion digital transformation efforts by implementing digital tools, automation, and AI-powered supply chain functionalities.
• Evaluate and incorporate predictive analytics and artificial intelligence to improve forecasting, inventory management, supplier performance, and logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to deliver and support supply chain technology roadmaps.
• Promote the ethical and effective use of AI in supply chain decision-making.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Finance, Customer Care, Product Management, Engineering, and Global Supply Chain teams to align strategies and execution.
• Support overall business planning with accurate supply chain insights.
• Ensure regional supply chain operations comply with global strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven experience leading Sales & Operations Planning processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience building reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics, automation technologies, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
