Role Overview
This position centers on the development and enhancement of an AI-driven recruitment platform named Zara, which automates processes such as candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. The role demands extensive expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and active collaboration with various teams to implement scalable recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, deploy, and fine-tune machine learning models to enhance the precision and speed of Zara's candidate matching capabilities.
- Develop and sustain backend systems that facilitate natural language processing for parsing resumes and analyzing job descriptions.
- Integrate Zara seamlessly with multiple applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and external job portals through APIs.
- Work closely with data scientists and product teams to improve AI training datasets and assess model performance metrics.
- Uphold compliance with data privacy laws and ethical standards related to AI use in recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python programming, experienced with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing techniques and familiarity with libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying scalable AI-based systems in live environments.
- Proficiency with cloud service platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure, plus containerization technologies like Docker.
- Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and integration purposes.
- Understanding of ethical AI principles and methods for minimizing bias within recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architectures.
- Background in data pipeline construction and ETL workflow management.
