About the Role

Dairymaster, based at their Global Headquarters in Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland, is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Training Content Creator. This full-time position focuses on crafting, updating, and delivering top-tier technical training resources and support documentation. Acting as a crucial link between technical support and training teams, the role ensures that both clients and internal staff have access to precise, clear, and effective training materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Design and produce engaging training content and presentations tailored for both internal teams and external customers.
• Facilitate product training sessions for new clients and company staff as needed.
• Address technical inquiries from customers, troubleshoot challenges, and provide straightforward solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the design, software, and support teams to ensure all documentation and training content is accurate and current.
• Assess the impact and effectiveness of training materials to guarantee learning objectives are achieved.
• Ensure documentation complies with company control processes and is updated promptly.
• Investigate and incorporate innovative ideas for training content, delivery approaches, and support procedures.
• Encourage industry best practices and offer internal training when required.
• Promote cooperation and maintain a positive workplace atmosphere across departments.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is highly beneficial.
• Strong technical aptitude with the capacity to comprehend and clearly explain complex products and systems.
• Preferably at least one year’s experience in technical documentation, training content development, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications; familiarity with 2D/3D modeling and Autodesk design software is a plus.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience working within customer support or service environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of agriculture or dairying sectors is an added advantage.
• Self-driven, creative, and dedicated to ongoing professional growth and improvement.
