About the Role
Join ICICI Lombard as a Telecaller in our Retail Telesales (RTS) division, focusing entirely on outbound voice interactions. This role involves engaging potential customers through telephone calls to promote and explain insurance products, aiming to convert leads into confirmed sales and foster enduring customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Provide clear explanations of insurance products to customers.
- Convert interested leads into finalized sales agreements.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Candidates should have completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or be graduates.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is essential.
- Basic knowledge of sales and insurance is a plus.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a six-day workweek. Sundays are fixed holidays. Salary for fresh candidates starts at ₹16,000 in-hand per month with a total compensation of ₹2.53 LPA, while experienced candidates can earn up to ₹18,000 in-hand per month, totaling ₹2.75 LPA, along with unlimited incentives.
