Telesales Executive

About the Role

Makeuca is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive based in Ahilyanagar, Ahmednagar. This full-time role focuses on expanding business by identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and meeting predefined sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect new business avenues through in-person visits, networking efforts, and client referrals.
• Engage with potential customers to present and promote company products and services effectively.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with both existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Conduct analysis of the market and competitors to inform sales strategies.
• Handle price negotiations and successfully finalize sales agreements.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and sales activities using CRM software.
• Provide management with regular updates through daily and weekly sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive prompt and satisfactory service.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in marketing, business development, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and presentation capabilities.
• Highly self-driven with a focus on targets and results.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Willingness and availability to travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding localities.
