Job Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and policies while working within a mining environment.
• Provide support for mill operations by performing manual labor such as shoveling, scaling, operating machinery, loading and unloading various supplies and equipment, conducting light maintenance, and assisting with other tasks as required.
• Be actively responsible for maintaining personal safety and promoting the safety of colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Consistent and stable employment history.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and ability to lead by example in safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for positive interaction with coworkers and supervisors.
• Eager to learn and develop through training programs.
• Capability to perform effectively both independently and within a labor-intensive team setting.
• Previous industrial experience is favorable.
• Experience operating mill circuits and equipment is an asset.
