UX Designer

About the Role

Optomi, partnering with a premier commercial real estate advisory firm, seeks a UX Designer to join a dynamic incubation team focused on improving internal valuation operations. The position is predominantly remote but prefers candidates located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for occasional office visits. The UX Designer will work in a small, agile team environment, prioritizing fast iteration cycles and rapid prototyping with a strong emphasis on AI-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly web applications and develop rapid AI-assisted prototypes.
• Collaborate actively with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to refine design concepts.
• Present prototypes to users and subject matter experts, collect constructive feedback, and apply iterative improvements swiftly.
• Support UX research initiatives to better understand user needs and enhance the design process.

Experience and Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience as a UX Designer with a flexible, generalist skill set.
• Proficient with Figma and designing for web applications.
• Knowledge and experience with AI-enabled prototyping and workflow tools.
