Overview

Kadamba Sports & Fitness is seeking a talented Videographer to join their team in Bengaluru. The position involves creating compelling video content that highlights the company's products, gym setups, manufacturing workflows, customer feedback, and brand story to enhance marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional-grade photos and videos covering products, gym installations, events, and manufacturing processes.
• Strategize and conduct video shoots across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Edit videos tailored for social media networks such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Produce captivating short videos including reels, promotional clips, product demos, and testimonials.
• Collaborate with the marketing department for ideation and content campaign development.
• Incorporate music, visual effects, captions, transitions, and graphics to enrich video quality.
• Organize and archive video footage, photographs, and other digital assets systematically.
• Operate and upkeep video production equipment like cameras, lighting setups, gimbals, and microphones.
• Ensure all video materials consistently reflect company branding and marketing goals.
• Keep current with emerging video editing techniques and social media trends.
• Be prepared to travel for shoots at client sites, exhibitions, and gym installations as required.

Professional Qualifications

• Proficient use of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, framing, composition, and audio capture techniques.
• Experienced in producing short-form content suited to trending social media formats.
• Basic skills in photography and photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Creative storytelling ability complemented by excellent visual communication.
• Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork communication.

Education and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing; candidates with a compelling portfolio but no experience may be considered.
• Experience with product videography, manufacturing sectors, fitness, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.

Working Hours

Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Location and Salary

This full-time role is based in Bengaluru. Compensation will align with company pay scales and candidate experience, typically within a range of 18,000 to 20,000 INR monthly.
