Warehouse Operator - PTC

About the Role

As a Production Worker, you will be key in the manufacturing process of Coca-Cola products, handling material logistics, operating filling and packaging machinery, and managing shipping and receiving tasks. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience and a chance to contribute directly to production excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for case forming, packing, labeling, and other downstream packaging processes efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections on packaging and maintain precise records and logs.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff, production line personnel, and management to resolve issues and optimize production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and quality challenges to maintain smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure hygiene, safety, and functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Certification on the specific training plan for this role must be obtained within six months of employment.
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Familiarity with production environments and machinery operation.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify material defects visually.
• Basic computer skills paired with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using common hand tools and small power tools.
• Good mathematical and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work any shift as required in a 24/5 operating facility with short notice.
• Team-oriented with willingness to rotate through positions as needed.
• Participation in ongoing job development and cross-training across all equipment is required.
