About the internship
About the role
This internship places you at the center of the company’s brand outreach and ad sales efforts. You’ll identify potential advertisers in your city, introduce them to society activation opportunities, and help convert those discussions into live physical and digital campaigns across premium gated communities. The position is high-trust and high-visibility, with direct conversations involving marketing leaders across sectors such as real estate, education, FMCG, jewellery, healthcare, and automotive.
Key responsibilities
Your work will span prospecting, pitching, and campaign coordination.
- Research businesses in your city that are already advertising or may have budgets for society-level activation campaigns.
- Create and manage a daily outreach pipeline using WhatsApp, LinkedIn, cold calls, and email to connect with brand managers and marketing heads.
- Keep CRM records up to date with outreach activity, follow-ups, and current deal status.
- Arrange meetings with decision-makers and present physical and digital activation options tailored to the brand’s goals.
- Build campaign proposals around outcomes such as footfall, product trials, awareness, and lead generation.
- Address objections, negotiate campaign scope, and move opportunities from pitch to final closure.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that booked activations are correctly executed inside the societies.
- Act as the main contact for the brand during the activation period and help ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Gather feedback after activations and turn successful campaigns into documented case studies.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to start between 7 Jul 2026 and 11 Aug 2026, committed to a 3-month duration, and should already have relevant skills and interest in the role.
Compensation and benefits

This is an onsite internship based in Hyderabad, India, with alternate location availability in Bangalore. The role includes real client-facing responsibility and is not limited to routine support work. There are 6 openings. The internship starts immediately.
