You will actively engage in forming partnerships, collaborations, and conducting B2B outreach to expand market presence. Identifying and onboarding influencers and creators will form a key part of your responsibilities to enhance brand influence. Additionally, you will optimize sales funnels, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer journeys. Conducting thorough market research to discover growth possibilities, aiding in brand promotion, campaign efforts, and product positioning will be expected. You are encouraged to contribute original ideas and take initiative to bring them to fruition. This experience will help you strengthen your skills in marketing, sales, and strategic planning.

Compensation and Benefits
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹6,050 to ₹25,000, consisting of a fixed component of ₹6,000 to ₹15,000 plus an incentive-based payout of ₹50 to ₹10,000. Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a five-day workweek, and a casual dress code.
