About the Internship

This internship offers the opportunity to develop and implement growth initiatives aimed at driving business success. You will actively engage in forming partnerships, collaborations, and conducting B2B outreach to expand market presence. Identifying and onboarding influencers and creators will form a key part of your responsibilities to enhance brand influence. Additionally, you will optimize sales funnels, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer journeys. Conducting thorough market research to discover growth possibilities, aiding in brand promotion, campaign efforts, and product positioning will be expected. You are encouraged to contribute original ideas and take initiative to bring them to fruition. This experience will help you strengthen your skills in marketing, sales, and strategic planning.

Who Can Apply

Candidates suitable for this internship must be able to commit full-time in-office presence throughout the 4-month duration starting between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026. Relevant skills and genuine interest in business development, marketing, or sales are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly stipend ranges from ₹6,050 to ₹25,000, consisting of a fixed component of ₹6,000 to ₹15,000 plus an incentive-based payout of ₹50 to ₹10,000. Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a five-day workweek, and a casual dress code.
