Internship Overview

This internship within our sales department emphasizes admissions and growth and provides a pathway to a potential pre-placement offer (PPO). Based in Bangalore, this full-time, on-site internship spans 3 months, with start dates between July 16 and August 20, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective learners to understand their career aspirations and guide them transparently towards suitable courses.
  • Respond empathetically to inquiries and concerns, facilitating honest conversations.
  • Manage inbound leads efficiently, maintaining personalized and timely communication to drive prospects through the enrollment funnel.
  • Foster trusting relationships with learners in a consultative rather than aggressive sales approach.
  • Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams to comprehend the full customer journey and gain experience in actual sales conversations and deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal trackers, sharing learner feedback to improve sales messaging and processes.
  • Embrace additional responsibilities as the business grows, honing multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic startup environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a fundamental aptitude for sales.
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop professionally.
  • Prior familiarity with CRM or sales technology tools is advantageous but not required.
  • Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Graduates from 2026 or earlier who can commit to full-time work after the internship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The monthly stipend ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹50,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 and an incentive portion between ₹10,000 and ₹30,000.
  • Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, casual dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship, starting between mid-July and late August 2026, and able to commit to the entire three-month duration. Candidates should possess relevant interests and skills aligned with the role.
