About the Role
Join Mad Monkey AI Inc., a technology company incorporated in Delaware, USA, dedicated to creating a Real-World Action Network that supports and connects students and young professionals in India and the USA. The platform helps reduce digital addiction through incentivized screen time and facilitates forming startup teams and local commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and nurture the Mad Monkey AI community within your college via Spark initiatives, Venture Club submissions, and on-campus events.
- Recruit and lead a team of up to five Campus Chapter Leads in various domains including Sparks, Venture Club, Content, Outreach, and Events.
- Support and oversee Micro Venture teams under your leadership operating on campus.
- Organize and execute at least one impactful campus event or activity monthly.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports covering community growth, activity metrics from Sparks and Venture Club, and performance insights of Micro Venture teams.
- Serve as the official representative of Mad Monkey AI at your institution.
- Engage in a 90-day performance review cycle providing opportunities for advancement to a City Director role.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be able to commence the internship between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026.
- Availability for the full four-month duration of the internship is required.
- Relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role are mandatory.
- Only two College Directors will be selected per college across India.
Compensation and Benefits
- Performance-based stipend in Indian Rupees (INR).
