About the Internship
Join Masterpet as a Customer Service/Customer Support intern to leverage your Malayalam language skills and client relationship management expertise in assisting our customers. Your ability to communicate in English will also be essential for interacting with a diverse range of clients. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the pet care sector while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally, providing effective resolutions.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the execution of CRM initiatives aimed at boosting customer retention and engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and offer appropriate solutions.
- Perform follow-up calls and surveys to collect feedback and enhance service quality.
- Accurately document customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about products and company policies to deliver accurate information.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Available to work from home throughout the internship duration.
- Can commence the internship between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month period is mandatory.
- Relevant skills and genuine interest in customer service are essential.
- Preference is given to candidates with strong proficiency in Malayalam.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹10,000, including a fixed component of ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 plus incentives of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000.
