This is a full-time, in-office digital marketing internship based in Gurgaon. The role offers hands-on exposure to search, paid media, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing within a fast-moving team environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and fine-tune SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page improvements, and backlink evaluation.
- Handle SEM activity in Google Ads across Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track website activity and understand user behavior.
- Measure campaign outcomes, interpret core metrics, and turn findings into clear reports and recommendations.
- Study competitors to uncover ways to improve both organic visibility and paid campaign performance.
- Work on improving traffic, engagement, and conversions while managing budgets, bids, and audience targeting to improve ROI.
- Contribute to lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness efforts across digital channels.
- Run A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and creative assets to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Support email marketing, marketing automation, and retargeting activities.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience with a solid working understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb.
- Basic knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and digital marketing funnels.
- Good analytical and reporting ability, along with comfort using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
