Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to work remotely with ConsultBae, a company focused on enhancing talent acquisition by integrating technology and human intelligence. Interns will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, contributing to the identification and engagement of suitable candidates who align with organizational culture and growth requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain communication with prospective candidates using outbound calls throughout the hiring journey.
- Verify applicant information including availability and job preferences, while presenting relevant job options.
- Manage a high volume of calls, handling approximately 100 to 120 candidate interactions daily to arrange interviews and follow-ups promptly.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring fluid communication and process efficiency.
- Keep precise records of candidate conversations, interview progression, and recruitment status updates.
- Work closely with recruiters to boost interview attendance rates and reduce instances of candidate drop-outs.
- Generate daily recruitment reports and consistently update internal hiring tracking systems.
- Represent ConsultBae professionally to ensure an exceptional candidate experience with every engagement.
