About the Internship

This internship opportunity is designed to immerse the intern in various facets of human resources within a leading InsurTech company. Selected interns will actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and support the HR team through content creation and research initiatives. Furthermore, general administrative responsibilities such as file organization and database management are included to provide a comprehensive HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and initial screening procedures.
  • Support the onboarding and exit formalities to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
  • Collaborate on generating compelling internal communications and company announcements.
  • Conduct research on effective HR practices to inform team decisions.
  • Provide administrative assistance including maintaining records and addressing employee queries.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Availability to commit to a full-time, onsite internship.
  • Capability to commence the internship between July 11, 2026, and August 15, 2026.
  • Availability for a one-month internship duration.
  • Possess relevant interests and skills pertinent to HR functions.
