Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp staffing requirements.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Evaluate resumes and perform initial candidate screening.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Discuss and finalize offers and salary packages with candidates.
  • Keep abreast of trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Assess candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of labor laws, employment guidelines, and industry trends.
  • Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Potential job offer with an annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹450,000 if converted to a permanent position.
