This role focuses on boosting content and growth for Kannada language devotional segments by leveraging AI and social media strategies. The selected intern will conduct in-depth research on current Kannada devotional trends, festivals, content creators, and audience behaviors to discover valuable content opportunities. They will craft captivating advertisement concepts, scripts, and social media posts that resonate with Kannada-speaking audiences. A vital part of the position involves tailoring and optimizing content to fit regional preferences while preserving cultural authenticity. The intern will utilize AI tools for video production, voiceovers, subtitles, and other creative outputs.
Alongside content creation, responsibilities include managing publishing schedules, coordinating closely with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure prompt campaign rollouts, and proactively proposing innovative experiments aimed at audience expansion. Tracking and analyzing content performance data to provide actionable recommendations forms a key part of the internship.

- Familiarity with AI-based tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, ElevenLabs, and Canva.
- Active engagement with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Creative mindset with a curiosity-driven approach to experimenting with new ideas and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000. Successful interns will also receive a letter of recommendation upon completion. The organization's culture promotes an informal dress code to foster a comfortable work environment.
