About the Internship

This internship offers the opportunity to engage with veterinary clinics, pet enterprises, NGOs, and rescuers to expand Pawzz's verified network. Interns will also interact with pet owners via social media and other outreach efforts to understand their needs, generate leads, and convert them into active users of Pawzz's platform.

Responsibilities include carrying out market research, identifying potential collaborators and customers, compiling and verifying city-specific databases, and maintaining accurate records following internal procedures. Building and nurturing strong relationships with partners and customers, following up on leads, gathering feedback, and assisting sales and business development teams to broaden Pawzz's impact across India are also key aspects.

Pawzz Foundation is a pioneering animal welfare organization based in Gurgaon that advocates for animal rights and promotes harmony between humans and animals. It offers an online platform for enthusiasts to volunteer, adopt pets, fund initiatives, and share rescue stories, contributing towards removing societal stigma against animals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work from home.
• The start date should be between August 12, 2026, and September 16, 2026.
• Availability for a one-month internship duration is required.
• Relevant skills and interests in sales and outreach.
• Women seeking to start or restart their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The stipend ranges from INR 2,000 to 15,000 per month, divided into a fixed component of INR 1,000 to 10,000 and an incentive component of INR 1,000 to 5,000 monthly. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and the flexibility to manage work hours.
