About the Role

EMIAC Technologies invites motivated individuals to join as Business Development Interns for a 6-month full-time onsite internship in Jaipur. This role suits candidates excited to explore brand partnerships, collaborations, and trends in events, creators, and entertainment sectors. Interns will benefit from hands-on experience researching brands, managing outreach efforts, and supporting collaborative projects within a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential brand partners, marketing teams, PR and partnership contacts across agencies and founders.
Organize brand information into structured databases and track outreach progress efficiently.
Assist in crafting collaboration proposals and outreach communications for events, artists, creators, and cultural projects managed by Urban Aura.
Coordinate meeting schedules, follow-ups, and facilitate partnership discussions with prospective brands.
Monitor ongoing brand campaigns, creator projects, market trends, and youth culture insights.
Collaborate internally with event, influencer, artist, and brand teams to meet partnership requirements.
Maintain thorough documentation of conversations, proposal status, and updates related to partnerships.
Support daily business development activities and foster professional relationship-building efforts.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Candidates must be residents of Jaipur, able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, starting between July 24 and August 28, 2026.
Applicants should demonstrate a solid understanding of brands, social media, creators, influencers, current market trends, and digital marketing concepts.
Strong interpersonal, research, written communication, coordination, and organizational skills are essential.
Familiarity with drafting professional emails, proposal content, and managing follow-ups is needed.
Freshers or professionals with up to one year of experience in business development, marketing, PR, events, or brand partnerships are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of lifestyle, entertainment, music, fashion, beauty, hospitality, and youth-oriented brands will be an advantage.

Compensation and Perks
