Internship Overview
This internship offers the opportunity to remotely support various operational and project management functions across multiple CMPTL centers. Interns will engage in coordinating with consultants, managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and handling recruitment. The role also allows involvement in event organization, partner program management, and communications to support company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations at multiple CMPTL centers and assist project management activities.
- Coordinate communication and documentation with consultants and partner teams.
- Schedule meetings, send proposals or emails, and review consultants' timesheets.
- Contribute to managing partner programs and assist in recruitment processes.
- Participate in organizing both online and offline events for partners and teams.
- Potentially travel locally to support project finalization meetings and recruitment activities.
Candidate Eligibility
- Available to work remotely for a six-month period starting between July 13 and August 17, 2026.
- Have relevant skills and interests in business development and sales activities.
- Women aiming to initiate or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings within the local city area is preferred.
Compensation and Additional Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹5,500 to ₹13,000, including fixed pay (₹5,000 to ₹10,000) and incentives (₹500 to ₹3,000).
- On successful internship completion, candidates may receive a job offer with an annual salary between ₹200,000 and ₹300,000.
- Additional perks include certificate of internship completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, five-day workweek, and potential permanent employment.
