Overview

Zopper is a leading technology-driven company specializing in asset life care across various segments including mobile devices, appliances, furniture, and lifestyle-specific insurance and protection products. Collaborating with numerous general insurance companies, Zopper co-develops both traditional and bite-sized insurance offerings in life, health, and motor insurance domains.

Internship Role and Responsibilities

The internship offers a hands-on experience in employee engagement and HR operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive employee engagement calendar featuring recreational activities, cultural celebrations, milestone recognitions, and team-building events.

Key duties include managing internal campaigns end-to-end—from initial concept and creative development to communication, rollout, participation monitoring, and post-campaign evaluation. The intern will act as the primary onsite engagement coordinator, hosting events, liaising with vendors, and encouraging participation across teams.

Collaborating with the HR business partner team, the intern will assist in new joiner onboarding processes such as induction scheduling, documentation, and preparation of workspaces to ensure a smooth first-day experience. Additionally, they will support exit formalities by coordinating clearances, managing exit documentation, and ensuring proper handover to respective stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate and timely records is essential; hence, the intern will update HR trackers and dashboards encompassing engagement metrics, onboarding and exit statuses, and budget tracking. They will also be tasked with creating visual collateral including posters, mailers, and internal communications that uphold a consistent brand identity.

Gathering employee feedback through surveys and informal interactions and analyzing this data to provide actionable insights aimed at improving future initiatives will be a critical part of the role.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Ideal applicants should be pursuing or have recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. They must possess a confident and personable demeanor appropriate for front-facing engagement activities and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills delivered in a professional manner.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is required for efficient tracking and reporting. The candidate should be well-organized with acute attention to detail, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

This internship requires a full-time commitment, based onsite in Noida, for a duration of three months starting from late July to early September 2026. Candidates from the Noida region with relevant interests and skills are encouraged to apply. Women aiming to begin or resume their professional journey are especially welcome.

Compensation and Perks

The internship stipend is INR 20,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion, a five-day workweek, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
