Internship Role and Responsibilities

This position is exclusively available to female applicants. As part of your daily duties, you will be responsible for:

• Comprehending job descriptions thoroughly.
• Evaluating and shortlisting candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting phone screenings.
• Contacting candidates to present job opportunities and explain role details.
• Coordinating recruitment activities between candidates and clients.
• Scheduling interviews and aligning candidate availability accordingly.

Additional Information

• The internship offers a fixed monthly stipend starting at INR 6,000.
• Upon successfully recruiting 4 candidates, your monthly stipend will increase to INR 10,000.
• Completing the full 6-month internship with 8 to 12 successful recruitments may lead to a full-time recruiter position.
• Compensation packages based on performance during six months are as follows: 8 hires yield a CTC of INR 2.2 lakh per annum; 12 hires equate to INR 3 lakh per annum; achieving 12 hires in 4 months results in INR 4.8 lakh per annum.
• The workweek consists of 5.5 days, with alternate Saturdays off.
• After achieving four hires, interns have the option to transition to a hybrid work model, working 2.5 days per week onsite and 3 days remote.
• Opting for the hybrid model provides an additional variable compensation of INR 5,000 per successful hire.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be female and available for a part-time internship starting between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026.
• Candidates should commit to the entire six-month duration.
• Applicants should be residents of Delhi, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, or Noida.
• Possession of relevant skills and interest in recruitment processes is essential.

Work Location

This internship will be conducted onsite in Delhi, with potential hybrid options following initial recruitment milestones.
