Emversity, a funded series startup focused on bridging the gap between supply and demand in the healthcare sector, is inviting applications for the position of a Talent Acquisition Intern. Our company is dedicated to developing industry-aligned education programs by co-creating courses with healthcare professionals, enabling candidates to gain relevant skills, certifications, training, and job placement.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. As a vital part of our team, you will enhance your communication skills, both written and verbal, while supporting various aspects of the hiring process:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates, as well as coordinating interview schedules.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and formulate effective hiring strategies.
• Leverage multiple recruitment platforms and tools to attract qualified applicants.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees and contribute to orientation sessions.
• Engage in recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the organization.
• Actively participate within the Talent Acquisition team with enthusiasm and readiness to learn.

Internship Details and Eligibility

The internship is a full-time, on-site commitment lasting 3 months, starting between July 21, 2026, and August 25, 2026. Applicants must possess relevant skills and a strong interest in recruitment. Proficiency in English communication—both spoken and written—is essential.

Compensation and Perks

• A monthly stipend ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 15,000.
