Internship Overview
This role involves supporting the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated positions, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will engage with candidates through portals, social networks, and referrals, conduct preliminary HR interviews, provide timely follow-up regarding interview decisions and offers, and assist in the documentation and smooth integration of new hires, ensuring an excellent candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
