About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team of over 50 dedicated insurance experts. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to both new and existing clients, managing insurance needs efficiently and accurately. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in a dynamic, customer-focused insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized insurance quotes for personal vehicles, vans, and homeowners.
• Manage customer insurance policies, including renewals and claims processing.
• Handle documentation and payment procedures with precision and promptness.
• Keep abreast of developments in insurance products and market conditions.
• Ensure adherence to all pertinent legal and regulatory insurance standards.
• Collaborate within a supportive team environment offering training and growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Insurance professional qualified with APA or CIP credentials.
• Exemplary customer service capabilities coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to efficiently multitask under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in office, sales, or customer service roles enhances candidacy but is not mandatory.
