Role overview
Shahgaron is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to help design and deliver enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions. The role focuses on building practical AI systems, improving business workflows with intelligent automation, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
What you will do
- Create, develop, and roll out AI agents using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI services and AI Agent Studio.
- Engineer enterprise AI applications with large language model frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
- Design and improve retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, along with context handling and memory components.
- Connect AI capabilities with enterprise systems, APIs, ERP, SCM, CRM, and Oracle applications.
- Develop backend services that can support AI inference, orchestration, and data processing at scale.
- Assess, track, and tune model and agent performance for reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and objectives.
- Contribute to MLOps activities such as deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Lead technical conversations, support project delivery, and guide development teams through execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to strengthen the wider team.
- Keep up with new developments in AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, and apply relevant innovations where appropriate.
What we are looking for
- 45 years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong capability in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining AI applications.
- Ability to understand business processes and suggest AI-driven improvements.
- Experience working with stakeholders and collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfort in building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Strong ownership, timely execution, and high-quality delivery mindset.
- Solid Python programming skills are mandatory.
- Qualification should be B.Tech / M.Tech.
Compensation and location
The compensation is as per market standards. The position is based in Hyderabad.
