Role and Responsibilities

• Support and manage mid-market M&A projects (both sell-side and buy-side) in innovative sectors such as Health Care & MedTech, Industrials & Robotics, Software, Semicon, Business Services, and Consumer products.
• Handle comprehensive transaction processes from start to finish.
• Strategy Focus: Analyze industries, business models, and competitors; prepare company exposés and information memoranda for clients; identify suitable international investors; perform company valuations; assist due diligence processes closely collaborating with clients and participate in negotiations.
• Financial Focus: Develop and validate financial plans; conduct company valuations and diverse analyses using various methods within transaction contexts; support due diligence by processing financial data; advise clients in these specialist areas and help lead negotiations.
