Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Angular Architect with over 8 years of expertise to join the team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in architecting enterprise-grade microservices-based web applications, focusing on front-end development with Angular frameworks and ensuring alignment with IS strategy and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based web applications using AngularJS and Angular 6+ following best practices.
• Adapt user interfaces for modern internet applications leveraging the latest front-end technologies.
• Develop and execute product analysis tasks while making complex technical architecture and design decisions related to Angular projects.
• Write and maintain application codes and unit tests using Angular, Java technologies, and RESTful web services.
• Collaborate closely with design teams and lead design authorities to define consistent, scalable, and reusable architectural approaches and solutions.
• Define and coordinate technology architecture and design across applications, infrastructure, data, and integration, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Lead Agile delivery methods within large-scale programs and manage technical risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Engage with stakeholders and business partners to build strong collaborative relationships and communicate technical feedback to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and guidelines to protect systems against potential threats.
• Support digital transformation platforms including Channel APIs and AWS cloud deployments.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience working with AngularJS and Angular 6+ for designing user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and micro app development.
• Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks and UX/UI principles with familiarity of UI prototyping tools.
• Experience in developing codes and unit tests involving Java technologies and REST web services.
• Capability to make complex architectural and design decisions in front-end projects.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and able to collaborate across multiple business units.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with peer leadership to drive cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of architecture governance and technology platform alignment with digital transformation efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to define and manage technical architecture frameworks to align with IS strategies.
• Experience with cloud deployment technologies, especially AWS.
