Key Duties

• Market and lease available apartments to help keep occupancy high and support revenue targets.
• Handle rent collection activities, post rent, and issue late notices when needed.
• Support the team by receiving move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests.
• Assist with managerial responsibilities and help keep daily community operations running smoothly.
• Protect resident privacy by keeping all information and documentation confidential.
• Prepare reports, administrative forms, and leasing-related paperwork.
• Help maintain an active social media presence to improve visibility and drive interest.
• Coach and support the Leasing Agent to strengthen overall leasing results.
• Deliver strong customer service to current residents and prospective renters.
• Work closely with the Property Manager and on-site staff to contribute to community success.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of prior Assistant Manager experience in the apartment industry, with solid leasing experience, is required.
• Demonstrated sales ability and a strong track record of closing leases are important.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
• A polished, professional attitude, appearance, and work ethic are expected.
• The schedule must be flexible, and weekend availability is required.
• Experience creating social media or marketing content is strongly preferred.
• A steady work history is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are helpful but not mandatory.
• Applicants must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.
