RAKEEZ Al MAMAR LTD is a prominent, large-scale contracting firm located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in major commercial and residential construction projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team promptly. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing precise architectural shop drawings, coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines, and ensuring all documentation complies with local standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed architectural drawings including sections and construction layouts using AutoCAD and Revit software.
Collaborate closely with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Structural teams to address and resolve any design conflicts.
Generate accurate As-Built drawings and detailed finishing elements for large-scale projects.
Ensure all technical drawings conform to the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and practical site execution requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Possess a diploma in Architectural Drafting or Civil Technology from an accredited Technical Engineering Institute.
Demonstrate a minimum of five years' substantial experience within large contracting or construction environments.
Exhibit expert proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit software is highly desirable.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of architectural finishing details and construction materials.
Have good command of technical English to communicate effectively.
Should be ready for immediate joining; possession of transferable Iqama is preferred.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of 5000 Saudi Riyals (SAR).
